Price Update -  Q1 2022:

To our valued Fly1 Motorsports customers,

We hope this email finds you well as we recover from the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season and prepare for 2022.

As you know, the entire world has seen unprecedented challenges over the past two years.  For businesses, increased demands in supply chain logistics (transporting raw materials and finished products from one place to another) has been crippling.  Costs of materials has increased substantially, having major impacts to businesses in every industry worldwide.  

This “perfect storm” has  had a profound impact on virtually every consumer products category including, but not limited to: Building Materials, Computers, Food, Housing, Petroleum, Apparel, and of course, Automobiles and Auto Parts.  These supply chain challenges have impacted availability and costs of all consumer goods, from toilet paper, to taco sauce and everything in between - including fabrics, resin and supplies to manufacture fiberglass and carbon fiber composite parts.

The cost of freight to move raw materials and finished products is estimated to be 3-6X higher than it was just 6-12 months ago (depending on port of origin).  These increased freight costs are expected to be the “new normal”, at least for the near to mid-future…and the root cause of increased costs to materials.

As a result of these unprecedented, excessive and unavoidable increase in material and freight costs, Fly1 Motorsports, like the majority of other consumer products manufacturers and suppliers, are forced to raise prices to help stabilize decreasing margins.

This necessary price increase will take effect on January 15, 2022, and will be in the form of a 15% increase in retail pricing on all parts.  Based on the economy and environment through the first half of 2022, we may have to institute a further adjustment next Summer.

All orders received after January 15, 2022 will be at the new pricing structure which will be updated on our website.  We hope this unavoidable price increase is understandable and will not affect your continued support of Fly1 Motorsports and our offerings.

On a positive note, we have a slate of new products in development that we look forward to introducing to you next year.  As always, we appreciate and value your ongoing loyalty and support.
